This is an easy to use Sponsorship Application form for all organizations wishing to support our league.  It also provides the option to pay for your sponsorship online.  Simply click on "Sponsorship Form" above to complete the form.

How do sponsorships benefit benefit Max Sinoway Baseball?
Sponsorships help to defray the costs associated with full uniforms for each player in the league. This includes a jersey, hat, socks and pants. In addition, sponsorship fees allow for our league to keep registration costs affordable for all players allowing more youth to play baseball.

How will a sponsorship benefit your business?                                                                                                                                  Depending on the sponsorship level you choose, your business name may be prominently displayed on the front of your team’s jerseys along with a banner that will be prominently displayed for the season at one of our Little League fields. We will also promote your business on our website and social media platforms recognizing your contribution reaching nearly 1,000 families. At the end of the season, you will receive a recognition plaque with a picture of your team.
